This Privacy Policy explains how PuraFX ("PuraFX", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect the following types of information:

•Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and any name or display name you provide. Authentication is handled through our infrastructure provider.

•Content you submit. If you post a review, file a complaint, or otherwise contribute content, we collect the information you choose to include, such as your opinions, ratings and any details about your experience.

•Usage information. We may automatically collect technical information such as your browser type, device information, general location derived from your IP address, pages visited and interactions with the Service.

•Cookies and similar technologies. We and certain third parties use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences and understand how the Service is used.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

•Provide, operate and maintain the Service;

•Create and manage your account and authenticate you;

•Publish reviews, complaints and other content you choose to submit;

•Service providers. We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, including our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Vercel). These providers process information on our behalf so we can deliver the Service.

•Embedded third-party tools. Some pages include embedded market tools provided by TradingView. These tools may set their own cookies and collect usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

•Legal reasons. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety and property of PuraFX, our users or others.

4. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers, each with their own privacy practices. These currently include Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and delivery) and TradingView (embedded charts and market data). We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle data. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

5. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to keep you signed in, remember preferences such as your light or dark theme, and analyse how the Service is used. Embedded third-party tools may also set cookies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Service may not function properly without them.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Content you have published may remain visible after account closure unless you request its removal, subject to our legitimate interests and legal requirements.
