These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PuraFX website and services (the "Service") operated by PuraFX ("PuraFX", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. About the Service

PuraFX is an independent information and research platform focused on the forex industry. We provide broker profiles, regulator information, scoring, user reviews, scam alerts, market tools and educational content. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

3. Not financial advice

PuraFX is not a broker, financial advisor, investment advisor or regulator. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial product, or to use any particular broker or service. Any information, scores, ratings or opinions are provided for general guidance only and should not be relied upon as the basis for any decision.

Trading foreign exchange and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and we strongly encourage you to do your own research and seek advice from a licensed professional before trading.

4. Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User content

The Service allows you to submit content such as reviews, ratings and complaints ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it you grant PuraFX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, modify and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you agree that it will:

•Be truthful and based on genuine experience or honest opinion;

•Not be false, misleading, defamatory or fraudulent;

•Not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property or privacy rights;

•Not contain unlawful, abusive, harassing or otherwise objectionable material.

We may review, moderate, edit or remove User Content at our discretion, but we are not obligated to do so and are not responsible for content submitted by users.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

•Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

•Submit false, manipulated or paid reviews, or attempt to distort ratings;

•Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or networks;

•Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts;

•Scrape, harvest or collect data from the Service without our permission;

•Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, design and branding are owned by PuraFX and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for User Content and third-party materials, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Third-party content and links

The Service may include links to third-party websites and embedded tools, including market data and charts provided by TradingView. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information, including broker scores or regulatory details, is complete, current or accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PuraFX and its operators, contributors and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or trading losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuraFX and its operators, contributors and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
